Anti-Manipulation Cylinder

Introducing the NEW Anti-manipulation® cylinder

The Securistyle euro profile cylinder is uniquely protected by Anti-manipulation® pins on either side of the tumblers. This ensures that if the cylinder is ‘bumped’ the additional pins will engage into the plug and stop forced entry.

The profile cylinders unique Anti-Manipulation® pins protect from forced entry via bumping. The additional side pins will engage in the plug of the cylinder if ‘bumped’ and will stop forced entry.

In the event that the cylinder is attacked it is designed to ‘fail safe’. If bumping is attempted the cylinders pins will automatically engage and the offending ‘bump key’ will be rendered inoperative. The cylinder can still be operated from the inside ensuring compliance with Fire Escape requirements.

Our Anti-Manipulation cylinder has been approved to BS EN 1303:2005 and carries the following classification.
