Assa Abloy announces acquisition of Securistyle Group Holdings Ltd

ASSA ABLOY has acquired Securistyle Group Holdings Ltd, a leading company manufacturing and supplying window hardware. The company is based at Cheltenham, has an annual turnover of approximately £21m and employs 215 people.

Through this acquisition, ASSA ABLOY UK reinforces its position as the leader in door-opening solutions. Securistyle Group Holdings Ltd adds to the specification strength of ASSA ABLOY’s security offerings in the UK market.

Securistyle will continue to operate as an autonomous business unit, retaining the existing management team that has made the business successful today.

Announcing the acquisition, John Middleton, Market Regional Manager of ASSA ABLOY UK, said:  “I am very pleased to welcome Securistyle Group Holdings Ltd.
