Sterling Advanced Top Hung Window Hinges are a premium, self-balancing solution designed to provide natural ventilation, smooth operation and reliable weather sealing for projecting top-hung windows. Ideal for commercial application, including high-rise buildings and complex façade designs, where strength, safety and consistent performance are essential.
Designed to support heavy sashes, including those with offset glass, the hinges use precision-balanced pivot technology and are manufactured from Austenitic 304 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability. Developed using advanced kinematic CAD simulation, each hinge is engineered to meet specific project requirements, offering flexibility and dependable performance in demanding environments.
